Cancellation Policy 
 

Thank you for choosing our Monkeypod Art for learning the art of pottery. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate our customers as best as possible. However, as a small business, last-minute cancellations are challenging for us due to the resources and planning involved in offering our classes.
 

Cancellations
 

Cancellations 14+ Days Before the Class  Students who cancel their registration 14 or more days before the class start date will receive a refund -$50 registration fee.
 

Cancellations Less Than 14 Days Before the Class: Students who cancel their reservation less than 14 days before the class start date will receive a credit which can be applied to a future class within 3 months from the original class date. After 3 months, the tuition is forfeited, and no refund or credit will be available.

 
Due to the nature of our business, last-minute cancellations (less than 14 days) are particularly challenging. We cannot offer refunds for these cancellations as we need to cover the costs of paying our teachers, purchasing materials, and spending resources on marketing to fill the spots. We appreciate your support of local business!
